OUR MISSION

Religion has been shown to have a number of benefits for mental health, including the reduction in suicide rates and other criminogenic behaviors such as drug addiction. There is evidence that it can provide people with meaning by providing them structure or allowing them time each day where they feel like they belong somewhere else than school/work which gives some sense into why some religions may be more beneficial than others depending on your need at this moment (i.e., belonging).
